Creative Process
The creative process starts when you first contact Walls With Imagination by phone or email. We then schedule an appointment to meet, evaluate the size and scope of the project, and assist you in making choices about the type of project that best suits your needs.
To assist you in making the decision to have professional artwork in your home, the senior designer can work with your ideas and decor in mind to create several different design schemes on paper for your approval. If design time is needed, we can schedule a future appointment to view and discuss your custom design options.
Once the details of the job are defined and preliminary designs are approved, a contract will be presented to you. At this time, the client must provide a deposit for the cost of materials and one third the cost of labor. Following the completion of the project, the outstanding balance will be due. Typically, work is performed between 8 and 5 Monday through Friday.
During the execution of the project, Walls With Imagination will make every effort to be as "low-impact" for the client as possible. Drop cloths are placed, trim is taped out, walls are inspected and imperfections are repaired. If necessary a chalk drawing will be completed on the wall. Different base coats of paint will be applied and gradually, things will start to take shape. Small details will eventually start to appear and you will have the opportunity to watch the artistic process in action. Walls With Imagination prides itself on customer satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the high degree of quality and content of the new custom artwork in your home. Walls With Imagination always leaves your home as clean or cleaner than it was upon our arrival.
